CABINS: Our cabins are stand alone, two-storey terrace-style. They have an upstairs master double bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom downstairs with two bunk beds.

The futon sofa in the living area can serve as another double bed if required. In this way the cabins are able to sleep up to six people. The cabins are fully self-contained except for laundry facilities, which are located elsewhere on the premises. We provide a "Starter pack" of tea, coffee, sugar and toilet rolls but for extended stays we suggest you bring extra supplies. All linen is supplied.

Ensuite rooms:

Our ensuite rooms are located in a single high-set building overlooking the cabins and lake. There are 3 double rooms and 2 triple rooms available. The double rooms have one queen bed and a futon sofa. The triple rooms have three single beds. It is easy to sleep 12 to 14 people in the "Ensuites". You have to get in early to book these rooms for the main holiday periods.

There are unlimited fishing spots along Lake Tinaroo's 200 kilometre picturesque shoreline.
The world record barramundi (121cm and 38.75kg) and the world record sooty grunter (5.45kg) have been caught in Tinaroo. Barramundi can be caught all year round as this is a stocked impoundment that is not subject to seasonal closures, but November to March are best. Click for details.

Other species include Sleepy Cod, Archer Fish, Bony Bream, Sooty Grunter, and Silver Perch, and of course the much sought after Redclaw freshwater crayfish. While fishing, particularly in the drowned timber areas on the northern and eastern shores, is productive from the shore, there are hire boats and canoes available in the area if you want to get a bit more serious. Fishing permits are available from Reception at Tinaroo Terraces. Book Now!
